Remedy’s Cancellation Policy

At Remedy, we genuinely understand that life happens and your time is as valuable as ours. In order to maintain the highest level of service and care for all of our patients, we kindly ask for notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To support fairness and respect for our providers’ time, here’s how our cancellation fees are structured:

Cancellation Fees

• 48 hours’ notice: $100 cancellation fee
• 24 hours’ notice: $150 cancellation fee
• No-show: $150 fee applied

These fees help us accommodate patients on our waitlist and ensure our team is best prepared to deliver excellent care to all.
