Traditional insurance-based care is built around the visit. Your provider has a schedule to keep, a code to bill, and roughly twelve minutes with you. Anything outside that window a question, a dose adjustment, a lab result you don’t understand turns into another appointment weeks out.
Membership medicine restructures that. You pay Remedy directly on a flat monthly or annual basis, and in exchange you get your provider’s actual attention: unlimited visits on most plans, direct messaging, same-day availability for urgent needs, and telemedicine that follows you when you travel. There’s no co-pay at the visit because the visit is already covered.
It also changes what care can look like. When a provider isn’t billing per encounter, there’s room to do the slower work: root-cause investigation, hormone optimization, metabolic strategy, longevity planning that a fifteen-minute insurance visit was never designed to hold.

Longevity wellness care at Remedy means using comprehensive lab work and a real provider relationship to address the things standard primary care tends to run past: hormone decline, metabolic drift, energy and sleep quality, body composition, and the markers that shift long before a diagnosis appears.
Every membership includes access to consultations for hormone health, weight management, and primary care. Medications for longevity care are billed separately unless your plan specifically includes them: hormone medication in Men’s Optimization, and the GLP-1 in Metabolic Reset.
Members also carry their relationship across the clinic. If your goals include aesthetic treatment alongside your wellness plan, Signature and Men’s Optimization members receive VIP pricing on Remedy services, and our aesthetics memberships run alongside your wellness plan rather than competing with it.

Monthly fees are charged on the calendar date of your enrollment. The Essential annual fee renews on your sign-up anniversary. The $20/month support fee covers patient portal access, messaging, and refill management. The Signature founding rate of $150/month is reserved for the first 100 members; the standard rate is

Medications and peptides
Medications and peptides are always billed separately, with two exceptions: hormone medication is included in Men’s Optimization, and the GLP-1 and labs are included in Metabolic Reset.

02. Review your results with a provider
Not a portal notification with numbers in it. A conversation about what the panel actually shows and what’s worth acting on.
03. Pick the plan that fits the plan
Once you know what you’re working with, the right membership is usually obvious. If your care is going to run through hormone replacement, Men’s Optimization is likely cheaper than assembling it piece by piece. If it’s broader, Signature fits.
04. Start being seen
Message your provider, book same-day when you need to, and adjust as things change. Switch plans at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a contract?
No, with one exception. Essential, Signature, and Men’s Optimization can be changed or cancelled at any time. Metabolic Reset is a structured twenty-week program with a five-month commitment, because the clinical protocol and the included medication are built around that timeline.
How much do labs cost?
Your initial lab panel cost is $275–350 depending on your health history and risk factors. Follow-up lab costs are included in your membership.
Are medications included?
Generally no medications and peptides are billed separately. There are two exceptions: hormone medication is included in Men’s Optimization, and the GLP-1 medication is included in Metabolic Reset.
What's the founding rate, and how long is it available?
Signature is $150/month for the first 100 members who enroll. The standard rate afterward is $199/month. Members who join at the founding rate keep it.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Plans are designed to be changed as your needs do moving from Essential to Signature when you want more access, or from Metabolic Reset into an ongoing membership once the program is complete.
Can I use an HSA or FSA to pay for a membership?
We accept HSA/FSA cards for payment, but whether your insurance company will cover or approve it depends on your insurance provider. Please check with them.
Do you offer hormone therapy for women as well as men?
Yes. Bioidentical hormone therapy is accessible on every plan. Men’s Optimization is a specific bundle for men on hormone replacement that includes the medication and monitoring labs; women’s hormone care is delivered through Essential or Signature, with BHRT pellet therapy available as a treatment option.
Is the GLP-1 program only available through Metabolic Reset?
No. Weight loss and GLP-1 program access is available on every plan, with the medication billed separately. Metabolic Reset is the all-inclusive version: medication, labs, and appointments bundled into a twenty-week program for patients with significant weight to lose.
How quickly will my provider respond to a message?
Typically within one business day. For anything urgent, call same-day and next-day appointments are available on every plan.
